RiverSpace is available to rent for private and public events. It is the
perfect venue for concerts, dances, fundariasers, and theatrical
performances.

Basic Charges If you are interested in booking an event, there will be a
rental charge for the space, plus additional charges for security
arrangments and any special permitting. A minimum bar service is also
required, which can be handled either as an open (hosted) bar or cash (pay)
bar.

What¹s Included Use of facility for a six-hour event, plus 4-hour load in
and load out. Tables, chairs, existing lights and sound, stage, VIP rooms.

Promotional Support Public events will be supported through the RiverSpace
website, the building¹s outdoor marquees, and monthly calendar advertising.
We can also handle your advance online ticketing.

Extras We can handle any light, sound, catering, floral or decor jobs you
throw at us for an additional charge. Or you can bring in your own, subject
to vendor approval. An additional hourly rate will be charged for access to
the building for rehearsals, larger load in and/or load out and longer
showtimes.

What else We require half of the rental fee at signing of the rental
contract, and the balance 10 business days prior plus an insurance
certificate and cleaning deposit for all events. Events over 400 in
attendance require an additional impact charge for extra staffing and
janitorial.
